Springtime Newness!

Happy Spring everyone!  To every season turn, turn, turn.  With the goodness of gardening, gatherings, and wonderful vacations that surround us in spring and summer, I'll be scaling down the class schedule so we can all enjoy our outdoor time to the max.  David Brauhn, a fantastic Ashtanga-trained teacher, will be joining me in teaching summer classes at Studio Fit.  The new schedule begins on Monday, May 2nd:

Mondays: 6:00-7:30pm (David and Jennifer will alternate teaching this class)
Wednesdays: 6:00-7:30pm (Jennifer)
Saturdays: 9:00-10:30am (David)

All classes are taught in the Vinyasa Flow tradition and heated to about 85 degrees.  Classes are mixed-levels.  Price is $10 per class.
